• Diagnose and repair residential air conditioning, heat pumps, gas furnaces, boilers, and zoning systems
• Clearly explain system issues so homeowners understand their options
• Recommend repairs, maintenance improvements, or replacement when it is genuinely the better call
• Spot opportunities to improve comfort, reliability, and system performance
• Keep professional documentation in Service Titan
• Represent Leonard Splaine professionally inside customers' homes
• Strong diagnostic ability across heating and cooling systems
• Pride in workmanship and in the customer experience
• Confidence discussing repair versus replacement honestly
• Professional communication skills
• Accountability and reliability
• A team-first mindset

Service Titan experience is a plus, but we train the right people.

Compensation

$70,000 – $125,000+

Hourly plus performance pay on reviews, tech-generated leads, and a percentage on turnoverjobs. Stable, year-round work. Top performers build long-term careers here, not short stopsbetween companies.

• EPA certification Required
• NATE certification Preferred
• Comfortable working in attics, crawlspaces, and mechanical areas
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
