We care about experience, but we care just as much about how you approach your work. You may be a great fit if you:

  • Have 5+ years of finish carpentry, trim carpentry, millwork, cabinetry, custom home construction, or similar experience
  • Have strong woodworking and construction skills
  • Understand how to read construction drawings and translate them into finished work
  • Are comfortable working with high end materials and tight tolerances
  • Can think through problems instead of waiting for someone else to solve them
  • Take care of your tools, your workspace, and the work around you
  • Work well as part of a skilled team
  • Are dependable and take pride in doing things correctly
  • Have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation

You do not have to come from the conservatory industry. Very few people do. This is not ordinary shop work.

What matter s most is that you understand the importance of details, enjoy problem solving, notices when something is an eighth of an inch off, appreciates a clean joint and precise fit, and likes being able to stand back at the end of the day and see what you've accomplished .

Ou r projects are custom. That means there is always something new to figure out and something new to

build.
