* What you will do:

*** Provide leadership and guidance to technicians and apprentices
* Troubleshoot and diagnose plumbing system failures (such as system leaks and stoppages)
* Repair various plumbing components including water closets, sanitation systems, fire sprinkler piping systems, storm drainage systems, domestic water heating systems, and HVAC hydronic systems
* Help develop our existing customer base
* Qualify and estimate work for plumbing service projects
* Support sales efforts including prospecting for new opportunities and closing deals
* Perform maintenance and repair operations to commercial plumbing systems
** What we are looking for:
*** Master’s level experience and thorough knowledge of commercial plumbing systems
* Master’s Plumbing License or ability and willingness to obtain a Master’s License shortly after hire
* Strong communication (written and verbal) skills
* Advanced technological proficiency including Microsoft Office skills
* Knowledge of OSHA safety regulations
* High school diploma or equivalent
* Possesses a valid driver’s license and willing to travel within territory
* Must be able to work independently and with minimal supervision
* Capable of maintaining a high energy level to handle our dynamic, fast-paced workload
* Pass a driving record check, criminal background check, credit record check and drug screen
