Commercial Roofing Service Supervisor- West Haven, CT
Salary Range: $75,000.00 To $ Annually

Nations Roof is one of the largest commercial roofing contractors in the United States. We’re seeking a
Service Supervisor to support our Service Manager and help coordinate commercial roofing service work throughout New England.
This hands‑on role combines commercial roofing service knowledge with daily dispatching, documentation, field team support, and customer communication. The Service Supervisor reports to the West Haven office each workday and helps keep service requests moving from the initial call through completion.
What You’ll DoSupport the Service Manager in the day‑to‑day operation of the service division
Schedule and dispatch technicians and crews across New England, adjusting priorities as service needs change
Help field teams troubleshoot leaks and repairs using your technical knowledge of commercial roofing systems
Communicate with customers about scheduling, work status, and next steps
Maintain accurate work orders, service reports, photos, and other required paperwork
Follow up with field teams to confirm work is documented and completed safely and to quality standards
Assist with inspections, repair recommendations, proposals, and other service needs
What We’re Looking ForCommercial roofing service experience is required
, including technical knowledge of leak investigation, repairs, and maintenance
Experience coordinating technicians or crews and managing a changing service schedule
Strong computer skills and attention to detail when handling dispatching, work orders, and paperwork
Clear, professional customer communication
The ability to stay organized, solve problems, and support the Service Manager across all aspects of the division
Ability to report to the
West Haven, CT office daily
