• Diagnosing faults with computerized testing tools.
• Adjusting equipment and replacing faulty parts to ensure operational efficiency.
• Performing both routine and major repairs on a variety of equipment types.
• Collaborating with other mechanics and reporting directly to management to maintain fleet integrity.

• Proven experience as a Diesel or Heavy Equipment Mechanic.
• Strong technical knowledge of diesel engines and mechanical components.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Good communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
• MUST have your own tools.

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Certification as a Heavy Equipment Mechanic preferred.
• Extensive experience in repairing and maintaining heavy-duty equipment.
• Minimum of 5 years heavy equipment experience.

• Driver's License (Required).
• Ability to commute to La Grange, NC 28551 (Required).
