• Repair and service various household appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers.
• Install new appliances accurately following manufacturer specifications and safety standards.
• Utilize hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment to perform repairs efficiently and safely.
• Interpret electrical wiring diagrams and mechanical schematics to identify faults quickly.
• Conduct routine maintenance and inspections to prevent future breakdowns.
• Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repair processes clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction during every interaction.
• Operate company vehicles safely while traveling to customer locations for field service appointments.
• Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and service reports for each job.

• Proven experience in appliance repair or related field service roles with a strong mechanical aptitude.
• Knowledge of electrical systems, refrigeration principles, plumbing basics, and electrical work practices.
• Ability to read schematics, use ladders safely, and troubleshoot equipment effectively.
• Familiarity with assembly processes and equipment repair techniques.
• Experience with maintenance, repair and operations (MRO) procedures is preferred.
• Skilled in the use of hand tools, power tools, and specialized diagnostic equipment.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly.
• Valid driver’s license with experience operating company vehicles responsibly.
• Ability to work independently in the field while managing multiple service calls efficiently.
