• Experience diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing a wide range of vehicles
• A consistent record of accurate, high-quality repairs
• The ability to work efficiently and independently while following repair procedures
• Strong communication skills and professional documentation habits
• A valid driver’s license and a dependable set of professional tools
• ASE certifications or equivalent professional training preferred
