Residential HVAC Service Technicians who are confident, sharp with customers, and take pride in quality work.

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Troubleshoot & Repair:Expertly diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (forced air, A/C, heat pumps, boilers, etc.) with a clean, efficient approach.
- Maintenance:Perform thorough preventative maintenance and seasonal tune-ups.
- Customer Consultation:Communicate clearly and honestly with homeowners about system issues, providing repair options and recommending upgrades or replacements when appropriate.
- Installation:Assist with or perform system installations as needed (a plus if you are strong in this area).
- Sales Support:Identify opportunities to upsell services, accessories, and system enhancements that improve comfort and efficiency, while building trust and long-term customer relationships.
What You'll Bring:
- Minimum 3+ years of residential HVAC service experience
- Strong mechanical skills
and proven ability in diagnostics and repair. - Solid communication and customer-facing skills
—you know how to build relationships with homeowners. - Required
Certifications:
EPA Certification
(NATE is a definite plus!) - A clean driving record and valid driver’s license.
