- Create a welcoming environment and build genuine relationships.
- Answer phones, complete program registrations, membership sales, and proficiently perform all membership functions in the membership software system.
- Using good listening skills, deliver member‑focused tours to potential new members and provide excellent service to active members.
- Strong organizational, computer, communication and interpersonal skills desired.
- The ability and willingness to learn, multi‑task with good problem‑solving skills, along with excellent customer service/sales skills are essential.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Preferred minimum age 21+.
