• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Services or a related field
• TCM Certification (to be obtained post‑hire)
• Minimum of one year of post‑graduate experience

• Provide case management services to assigned consumers
• Adhere to all Pathways policies and procedures

• Experience in a behavioral health setting is a plus
• Competency in using computers and electronic devices required for job duties
