Customer Support Specialist (Driver’s License Processing)

Multiple locations across Kentucky—Burlington, Bardstown, Elizabethtown, Paducah, & Covington.

Job Type: Long-Term Contract

Join a team dedicated to public service and accuracy. We are seeking detail-oriented Customer support specialists to process driver's license applications in a state agency environment. You will play a key role in helping Kentuckians obtain secure identification, including REAL  commercial licenses.

• Process and verify driver's license applications with a high level of accuracy and confidentiality.
• Review sensitive documents and ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Use the state’s Driver's License Information System (KDLIS) to input and manage applicant data.
• Provide clear, professional guidance and customer service to applicants.

• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Strong integrity and organizational abilities.
• Ability to pass a federal fingerprint background check.
• A valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to stand/sit for up to 8 hours and work occasional Saturdays/overtime.
• An associate’s/bachelor’s degree or relevant administrative experience is a plus.
