• High school Diploma or GED
• Thorough knowledge of community resources.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and required databases.
• Ability to maintain thorough and organized records.
• Valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
• Must pass required background and drug screening.

• Bachelor’s degree
• Experience in social services
• Working with the homeless population or those at risk of homelessness

• Support veterans and families in achieving housing stability through the SSVF program.
• Complete intake, eligibility screening, assessments, and required program documentation.
• Provide strength-based case management and connect participants to benefits and essential services.
• Assist with housing searches, public and VA benefits, employment, transportation, medical care, childcare, and emergency needs.
• Maintain accurate, timely client records and service documentation.
• Coordinate referrals, outreach, and community partnerships to support participant needs.
• Assist with reports, meetings, training, travel, and other duties as assigned.
