What You'll Do Net Documents  is seeking a Senior Full Stack Software Engineer to help build the next generation of our cloud-based document management platform. This role is ideal for an experienced engineer who enjoys building production-grade applications across the full stack while solving complex technical challenges that power secure, scalable web and mobile experiences. You'll partner closely with Product, Design, and fellow engineers to deliver high-quality software from concept through production.

You'll contribute to architectural decisions, build resilient cloud-native applications, and help drive engineering excellence through collaboration, technical leadership, and continuous improvement.

You will:

Design & Build
- Build and maintain production-grade full stack applications using React, Node.js, Type Script, and AWS technologies
- Develop scalable backend services and modern frontend experiences that power secure web and mobile applications
- Design and implement REST and GraphQL APIs
- Write clean, maintainable, and well-tested code that meets performance, security, and quality standards
- Build and validate software across multiple environments throughout the development lifecycle

System Design & Architecture
- Design and implement event-driven and service-oriented solutions
- Contribute to architectural discussions and technical design decisions that improve scalability, reliability, and maintainability
- Build solutions leveraging AWS services and SQL/No

SQL databases
- Integrate internal systems with third-party APIs and external services.

Operational Excellence
- Implement logging, monitoring, and observability to improve production visibility
- Optimize application performance, reliability, and scalability in production environments
- Ensure solutions align with security and engineering best practices.

Problem Solving & Ownership
- Take ownership of features from design through deployment and ongoing support
- Evaluate technical trade-offs and recommend scalable solutions to complex engineering challenges
