Coinbase is hiring a Staff Software Engineer, Mobile QA to lead the App Infra team's mobile quality strategy during the native rewrite of Coinbase's retail mobile app. You will craft test infrastructure, set quality gates, and mentor engineers across product teams to improve release readiness.
You will work with engineering leadership to codify SLOs, dashboards, and governance for quality across ~30 product teams, driving efficiency and reliability in mobile releases.
