We are hiring a Service Now Senior Developer with strong hands‑on experience across ITSM, CSM, FSM, and CPQ
. The role involves building custom applications, integrations, and workflows while collaborating closely with architects and business teams.
Develop and customize Service Now applications and modules
Implement workflows, Flow Designer, Business Rules, and UI Policies
Build integrations using REST/SOAP and MID Server
Customize CSM case management, FSM work orders, and CPQ workflows
Perform code reviews and ensure development best practices
Troubleshoot production issues and optimize performance
Required Skills & Experience7+ years of hands‑on Service Now development
Strong experience in ITSM
, CSM
, FSM
, and CPQ
Experience with Service Portal / UI Builder
Solid understanding of CMDB and data relationships
PreferredService Now CIS certifications
Experience in regulated or enterprise environments
