** Position Overview
** Responsible for defining SAP application architecture and extension strategy, leveraging ABAP, RAP, and SAP BTP technologies. This role translates business needs into scalable solutions, guides development standards, and ensures a clean, supportable, and future-ready SAP landscape.  
** Key Responsibilities
*** Lead the design and delivery of SAP application development and extension solutions that support business objectives.
* Partner with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technology leaders to translate requirements into scalable, sustainable solutions.
* Define and maintain application development standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.
* Drive SAP modernization initiatives, including clean-core and extensibility strategies.
* Evaluate and recommend technologies and approaches that enhance business processes and platform capabilities.
* Provide technical leadership and guidance to development teams throughout the solution lifecycle.
* Ensure solutions meet performance, security, compliance, and quality standards.
* Oversee solution reviews, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement efforts.
* Collaborate with Enterprise Architects and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment across the broader technology landscape.
* Mentor developers and serve as a subject matter expert for SAP application development and architecture.
