Job Description
Assist in multiple aspects of Campus Recreation facilities.
Primary Responsibilities
Maintain proper access to the building, collect picture ’s from guests, record equipment transactions, answer phones and provide messages, provide program and facility information, assist in recreation activity set-up and take down, take daily equipment inventory, wash, dry and fold towels, and must be able to help guests with basic fitness equipment.
Qualifications
General: Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Skills: Current CPR & First Aid Certifications, operating CSI system, and operating the washer and dryer. These can be obtained after the position starts
Physical: Able to operate conditioning equipment
Academic: Must meet University requirements for enrollment and student employment.
Training Period: Orientation session and policy manual provided. On-going in-service training attendance is mandatory.
Any candidate who is offered this position will be required to go through a pre-employment criminal background check as mandated by state law.
