Days and hours of work vary based on the needs of the program and as job duties demand. Early Morning, evening, and weekend work is required.
THE ROLE
MASHSt.Cloudis currently seeking a full-time coach to join our growing organization and player development staff.
This position will focus primarily on positional development with astrong emphasis on hitting instruction. The coach will also collaborate closely with thestaff at MASH Campus and serve as a national coach within the nationally recognized MASH Summer Program. The coach will also assist in spring and fall teams in St. Cloud.

Once onboarding is complete, you are responsible for the success of player development in our St Cloud location .
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES- Positional Development Year Round
- Grow all hitting programs in St. Cloud
- National Team Coach
- Build strong relationships with your athletes and their network, sustaining a high year-over-year retention rate
- Create lasting professional relationships to support the long-term development of our athletes
- Assist with all other tasks required to push MASH forward
- Enhance the daily culture for both clients and co-workers
- 1-on-1 conversations with players and parents on development plan and team placements
- Track record of successful results
- Desire to be a part of something bigger than themselves
- Passion for developing youth athletes
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
