Base Pay Range

$23.50/hr - $23.50/hr

We are seeking a customer-focused driver to operate a 26‑foot box truck across the Walton, KY area, collecting sharps and medical waste containers from healthcare customers and delivering a high level of customer service daily.

This role offers a high degree of autonomy, stable hours, access to overtime and good benefits. Our modern vehicle fleet is well‑maintained and we supply additional PPE for safe handling of medical waste. Training for staff is thorough.

• Safely collect, deliver, and store medical waste containers at customer locations.
• Provide strong customer service and build positive relationships.
• Operate vehicles safely, including 26‑ft box trucks.
• Complete deliveries on schedule and communicate changes or challenges promptly.
• Load and unload, prioritize, and organize the truck per schedule and needs.
• Manage routes as directed by leadership, delivering timely, efficient, and effective service.
• Comply with DOT regulations, log hours, and conduct roadside inspections.
• Perform heavy lifting and other manual handling tasks.

• Experience in delivery or manual handling; industry specific experience advantageous.
• Willingness to work full‑time (≈40 hrs/week).
• Experience with pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle evaluations.
• Clean driving record.
• Flexible, can‑do attitude with a strong customer focus.
• Experience operating large vehicles (up to 26‑ft box trucks).
• Experience with DOT compliance, logging hours, and roadside inspections.
• Confidence driving at road‑check level 1 through level 3.
• Demonstrated longevity in past employment.
• Adherence to on‑time delivery practices.
