Pay Rate:
First‑year drivers earn up to $85,000 per year.

• Sign‑on bonus:
  Up to $10,000 depending on experience.
• Routes are primarily solo 2‑day routes (1 night out).
• Day 1 Benefits: medical, dental, and vision insurance; FSA/HSA; company‑paid life insurance.
• Paid holidays, vacation time, and sick leave accrue from day one.
• 401(k) profit‑sharing plan after 90 days.
• Additional benefits: pet insurance, maternity/paternity leave, employee assistance programs, discount programs, tuition reimbursement, and more.

• Unload and place all products in customer‑designated food‑safe storage areas.
• Ensure correct and on‑time deliveries.
• Make deliveries utilizing a 2‑wheel dolly and ramp.
• Frequently lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
• Other duties as assigned.

• At least 21 years of age.
• Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL‑A).
• At least 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience.
• Must meet McLane’s MVR and risk‑rating qualifications.
• Ability to read, write, and understand English at a level sufficient to perform job‑related tasks effectively and safely—including understanding work instructions, safety protocols, and essential communications.
