Route Delivery Driver - Class A CDL

UP TO A $10,000 SIGN ON BONUS BASED ON ELIGIBILITY

MINIMUM BASE PAY AND STARTING PAY ARE $52,000/YEAR

As a Route Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for the accurate and timely distribution of grocery/food items, specialty products, and supplies to customer locations. Based in Louisa, KY, you will be a vital part of our team serving customers and delivering fine foods since 1942.

• $10,000 for eligible drivers with three or more years of Class A CDL experience, with no major accidents or traffic offenses.
• $5,000 for drivers with less than three years of Class A CDL experience.

• Drive tractor-trailer and perform product deliveries along assigned routes.
• Ensure compliance with DOT and traffic laws.
• Maintain accuracy and safety of delivered products.
• Communicate issues promptly to the supervisor.
• Inspect vehicle before and after trips.
• Operate vehicle following commercial driving regulations.
• Maintain electronic logs per DOT regulations.
• Follow instructions for deliveries and pickups.
• Adhere to safety and company policies.
• Complete administrative tasks efficiently.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.

• Know and comply with DOT and FMCSA regulations.
• Be at least 21 years old.
• Possess a valid CDL Class A License.
• Capable of physical activities such as lifting 50 lbs, climbing, and bending.
• Effective communication skills.
• Ability to use proprietary software and perform basic math.
• Self-motivated and customer-focused.
• Punctuality and attendance are essential.

• Drive safely in various weather conditions.
• Use equipment like dollies or hand trucks for heavy loads.
• Load and unload products at multiple sites daily.
