• Pay Rate: $80,000 to $90,000 annually; top earners up to $110,000+
• Sign‑on Bonus:
  Up to $10,000, depending on experience
• Shift: 3rd Shift Dispatch

• 4‑day work schedule using side‑lift/gate, small pallet, and electric pallet sled delivery methods

• Inspect tractor‑trailer for defects pre‑ and post‑trip and submit DOT inspection report indicating condition
• Inspect bill of lading and secure keys for accuracy during off‑hour deliveries
• Drive tractor‑trailer to destination, applying knowledge of commercial driving regulations and skill in maneuvering vehicle on road and customer premises
• Maintain driver log (manual or People Net) following DOT regulations, documenting delivery receipt, product temperatures, and exceptions
• Unload trailer and deliver product to customer premises
• Perform other duties as assigned

• At least 21 years old
• Valid Class A commercial driver’s license (CDL‑A)
• Minimum 1 year or 50,000 verifiable miles of tractor‑trailer driving experience
• Meet McLane’s MVR and risk rating qualifications
• Ability to read, write, and understand English to perform job‑related tasks effectively and safely
