As part of a parking network encompassing more than 4,000 locations, valet personnel act as the primary point of contact for guests and patients. Valet drivers at Plaza Medical City are tasked with greeting visitors, parking and retrieving client vehicles securely, and maintaining an organized lot environment. The position requires a steady balance of defensive driving skills, prompt customer service, and attentive vehicle care in a busy medical center setting.

Valet drivers are expected to uphold strict safety protocols and client-service standards. Core responsibilities include:

• Vehicle Inspection and Staging: Performing walk around inspections on all incoming vehicles, noting pre-existing exterior or interior conditions, and parking vehicles safely within designated stalls.
• Customer Service and Local Navigation: Assisting guests promptly and courteously, clearly explaining parking fee structures, resolving minor concerns, and providing accurate directions using knowledge of surrounding roadways and landmarks.
