Class A Truck Driver

TCI Transportation is currently seeking experienced and dependable Class A CDL Drivers for a semi-local/regional delivery driver position based in Lakeland, Florida. • Weekly Average Earnings = $1,400-$1,600
• Local & Regional / Statewide Delivery Routes
• 2-3 Layovers Per Week
• Bread Deliveries to Retail Store Locations Throughout Florida
• Multi-Stop Routes (11-16 Stops Per Route)
• Refrigerated Trailer Equipped with Lift Gate
• Dolly Provided to Assist with Deliveries
• Active, Hands-On / Touch Freight Delivery Position

• As a Delivery Driver, you will:
• Safely operate a Class A commercial vehicle and refrigerated trailer
• Deliver bread products to retail store locations throughout Florida
• Unload products using lift gate, dolly, and proper handling techniques
• Pick up and return empty trays from customer locations
• Complete multiple customer stops efficiently and professionally
• Verify product counts and complete delivery paperwork and ELD logs
• Conduct pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections
• Communicate with dispatch regarding route and delivery issues
• Follow all DOT regulations and company safety procedures
• Driver Qualifications
• To be considered for this opportunity, candidates must have:
• Class A CDL preferred
• A minimum of 12 months of Class A CDL driving experience within the past 2 years
• A clean and satisfactory driving record
• Ability to perform physical delivery work and unload freight
• Ability to handle frequent lifting, pushing, and pulling
• A commitment to safety, reliability, and professionalism
• Ability to meet all TCI Transportation safety requirements
