Challenger 300 Captain — Napa, CA; KAPC)

Solairus Aviation is seeking a full-time Challenger 300 Captain to join a client-focused operation based at KAPC in Napa, California. You will lead safe, professional flight operations, deliver exceptional service, uphold our standards of safety, service, and integrity, and contribute to a high-performing, team-driven culture.

  Domestic and international trips (annual ICAO procedures training required)

• Serve as Pilot in Command, ensuring the safe, prudent operation of the Challenger 300 at all times.
• Conduct thorough preflight planning: review maintenance status, perform proper preflight inspections, and verify performance and weight/balance.
• Assess weather, NOTAMs, facilities, route information, destination airports, and alternates.
• Operate in accordance with Solairus Aviation policies and procedures, applicable Federal Aviation Regulations, and the approved Aircraft Flight Manual.
• Protect the safety and comfort of passengers and crew while delivering exceptional, discreet service.
• Complete all trip documentation accurately and on time under current procedures.
• Collaborate closely with dispatch, maintenance, and crew members to maintain operational excellence and teamwork.

• Total time: 3,000+ hours
• PIC: 1,500+ hours
• Multi-engine (MEL): 1,500+ hours
• MEL PIC: 500+ hours
• Turbojet: 500+ hours
• Instrument: 250+ hours
• Type rating:
  Challenger 300 or comparable aircraft
• Medical: FAA First Class
• Training:
  Annual ICAO international procedures certification
• Availability:
  On-call, with the flexibility to support dynamic schedules
• Location:
  
  Primary residence within a two-hour drive of KAPC, or willingness to relocate
