• Execute scheduled and ad-hoc cycle counts and investigations to ensure inventory accuracy and data reliability
• Research and process exception orders, receipts, and returns in the Warehouse Management System (WMS)
• Collect and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive process improvements
• Mentor team members on WMS best practices, inventory controls, and safety procedures
• Identify opportunities for process optimization and lead continuous improvement initiatives

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a warehouse or distribution center environment with WMS
• Proficiency in operating material-handling equipment and common office tools (Excel, Word)
• Strong analytical skills to sort numerical data and recommend corrective actions
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for effective collaboration
• High school diploma or equivalent required; associate’s degree or relevant certification preferred

• Experience with Kaizen events and Lean initiatives
• Relevant certifications such as CPIM or Six Sigma
• Demonstrated leadership experience in training and coaching peers
