At Jones Family of Dealerships, we're proud to be part of a dealership group that has built its reputation on customer service, teamwork, and doing things the right way. We're currently looking for a dependable and hardworking Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our Parts Department and help keep our operations running smoothly. This position supports our Honda, Acura, GM and Body Shop parts operations.

What You'll Do
- Receive and verify incoming parts shipments against purchase orders.
- Inspect shipments for damage and resolve discrepancies.
- Prepare and package outgoing shipments.
- Pull parts for technicians, advisors, and customer orders.
- Support Honda, Acura, and GM parts inventory operations.
- Stock inventory and maintain organized bin locations.
- Process core returns and returned parts.
- Maintain accurate shipping, receiving, and inventory records.
- Help keep the parts department clean, organized, and safe.
- Assist with inventory control and other department projects as needed.
What We're Looking For
- Valid driver's license required.
- Strong attention to detail and organization.
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer skills.
- Ability to lift and move automotive parts and materials.
- Warehouse, shipping/receiving, or automotive parts experience is a plus, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
