Warehouse## Description The Warehouse Associate is responsible for supporting both dry storage and/or refrigerated warehouse operations. This role may include managing inventory, receiving and storing raw materials, and loading/unloading finished products in a cooler environment. Responsibilities vary based on business needs and may involve working in dry storage, cold storage, or both. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and comfortable working in varying temperatures while following all GMP and SOP guidelines.

* Responsibilities and Duties:

*** Communicate with front office staff regarding incoming loads and material needs
* Receive, verify, and accurately record all incoming and outgoing materials and products
* Load and unload trailers, including inspecting trailers and verifying temperatures when required
* Maintain accurate inventory through counts, cycle counts, and proper documentation
* Follow First In, First Out (FIFO) procedures to ensure proper product rotation
* Operate scanners and ERP systems (e.g., NAVISION) for product tracking and bin movements
* Complete daily paperwork for inventory, loading, and unloading activities
* Maintain clean, organized, and safe warehouse and cooler environments
* Operate forklifts and pallet jacks safely and efficiently
* Monitor equipment and report maintenance needs promptly
* Follow all company GMP, SOP, and safety requirements## Qualifications###
** Requirements and Skills**:
* Ability to become pallet jack and forklift certified.
* Basic math skills and ability to read and understand instructions.
* Capable of standing and walking for up to 8 hours per shift or more.
* Ability to lift and carry 30-50 lbs. throughout the shift.
* Comfortable working in cold environments (40°F and below).
