Superintendent​/Apprentices​/Labourers

New members will become eligible for full health and dental benefits after a 90-day waiting period. Other benefits include clothing and tool allowances, as well as a four-day work week.

The following are preferred:

• Carpenter Trade Certification, or equitable experience.
• 5 10 Years experience with a minimum 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Ability to understand project scheduling and cost control, and to read and understand project specifications and drawings.
• Ability to communicate with all members of the construction team from owners to laborers.
• Ability to problem solve and prioritize.
• Knowledge and understanding of Construction Safety Best Practices.
• Ability to implement and monitor site specific safety programs.
• Willingness to learn new skills and provide training to others.

• Willingness and ability to work in a physically demanding environment.
• Willingness to follow policy and procedure.
• Willingness to learn new skills.
• Knowledge of and willingness to follow all safety policies and procedures and to provide input on development of same.
