Position: Academic Chair for NSCC Campus
Drive academic leadership as the Academic Chair at NSCC's Kingstec Campus in Kentville, Nova Scotia. This role requires fostering student success in Health and Human Services and creative education.

As a full-time Academic Chair, you will guide the School of Health and Human Services and the School of Access, Business, Creative Industries, and Education. Your responsibilities include developing high-quality programs, supervising faculty, and managing substantial resources effectively. With at least seven years of relevant experience, your expertise will shape curriculum and ensure it meets community needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of various educational programs

• Collaborate with Kingstec Campus's management teams

• Coordinate fiscal responsibilities for educational initiatives

• Utilize industry contacts to enhance program relevance

• Maintain high standards in student and faculty engagement

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree minimum; graduate degree preferred

• Over 7 years of relevant occupational experience

• Supervisory experience in a post-secondary setting

• Familiarity with technology in education

• Strong organizational and analytical skills
