Key Responsibilities:

• Assist students with personal care and mobility tasks

• Implement behavior management strategies based on student needs

• Provide supervision during breaks and transportation

• Build rapport with students and support their routines

• Document observations and data relating to student progress

Requirements:

• Human Services diploma or equivalent experience

• Current CPR and First Aid certifications

• Training in behavior support strategies

• Ability to lift and assist students manually

• Experience with specialized health care training
