Make an impact at Dialpad as a Senior System Administrator on our Data Centers team, based in Vancouver, Canada. Take ownership of our cloud and hardware infrastructures while focusing on automation and performance.
In this senior role, you will be responsible for managing the global server fleet's lifecycle and lead initiatives aimed at enhancing reliability and scalability. Through collaboration with various stakeholders, you’ll help evolve our infrastructure and drive capacity planning efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
• Steer capacity planning with data-driven insights
• Design cloud expansion strategies for scalability
• Automate manual processes across the server fleet
• Develop monitoring systems for server health
• Collaborate with vendors on hardware procurement
Requirements:
• Over 5 years in systems administration or related roles
• Extensive experience with Linux and cloud technologies
• Proven data center deployment and maintenance expertise
• Strong troubleshooting and mentoring skills
• Excellent communication across global teams
