This role involves operating and monitoring production machinery efficiently while ensuring quality and safety standards are met. You'll collaborate with team members, adjust equipment, and maintain seamless workflow on the processing line. Detail orientation and mechanical aptitude will be crucial in ensuring each batch embodies excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
• Operate food production machinery effectively
• Follow production schedules and adjust equipment as necessary
• Ensure quality and food safety by adhering to procedures
• Collaborate with the team to achieve production targets
• Follow Lockout Tagout (LOTO) procedures to maintain safety
Requirements:
• Previous manufacturing experience required
• Able to stand and work for 12 hours
• Experience in food manufacturing or processing
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
• Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities
