Key Responsibilities:
• Provide holistic nursing care to Emergency Department patients
• Develop, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
• Mentor nursing students and colleagues effectively
• Supervise and support unit operations
• Adhere to nursing practice standards and policies
Requirements:
• License or eligibility with the Nova Scotia College of Nursing
• Emergency Nursing Certification or equivalent training
• One year of full-time emergency care experience
• Commitment to ongoing education and development
• Availability for rotating shifts, including weekends
