Engineering at Stack Adapt: As a Senior Engineer at Stack Adapt, you will be directly involved in the development of our advertising platform, producing production level code that will have a direct impact on the success of our product. You will work with large data sets and have exposure to modern tech stacks around GoLang, Ruby on Rails, React, Graph

About the team: The Creatives Library Team is building a full fledged library of dynamic creative assets and resources. This library will allow clients to store, host and manage bulk creative assets for ad campaigns on the platform. This library will also include creatives templates for clients to build quick off-the-shelf display ad creatives on the platform. We aim to reduce the need to integrate with expensive third party creative providers that charge on a CPM-basis, and provide a full-featured in-house solution.

Stack Adapt is a Remote First company, we are open to candidates located anywhere in North America for this position.

• Work with Product Managers, and software engineers to translate complex business problems into high quality software.
• Partner with UX researchers to build simple, intuitive workflows on Stack Adapt platform to help marketers accomplish their goals.
• Take responsibility and ownership of projects from start to finish by decomposing the work into plans and engaging with stakeholders effectively.
• Write technical design docs, calling out the risks clearly, and making the right tradeoffs based on your skill and experience.
• Uplevel the technical excellence of your team by participating in code and technical design doc reviews.
• Provide technical mentorship to early career engineers and support their growth.

• 5+ years of full-time work experience building highly performant web applications
• Experience in building responsive web applications, preferably using React / Redux, Type Script, Ruby-on-Rails, and GraphQL
• Experience with leading customer-facing projects end-to-end, from design to delivery
• Experience collaborating closely with product and design teams to design, implement and iterate on high impact and delightful product experiences
• Previous engineering experience working in marketing technology, adtech or customer data platforms is highly valuable
