The licensed skilled nursing facility on our Beautiful Breton Woods campus is seeking a part‑time receptionist with a welcoming demeanor. This individual will be the first point of contact for prospective residents, current residents, and their family members and friends. If you love building connections with extraordinary people and enjoy serving the community, we would love to connect with you.

Responsibilities

Greet residents and visitors with a warm welcome.
Answer telephones – provide information and/or direct callers to the appropriate person or place.
Update and input data on the computer.
Sort incoming mail and packages.

Requirements

Customer service focus.
Positive attitude.
Knowledge of Microsoft Office products.
Comfortable using the computer for necessary tasks.
Commitment to the residents and their well‑being.

Schedule

Schedule includes working every other weekend:
- Saturday and Sunday (10:00 am – 6:00 pm)
- 16 hours every other week.
Pick‑up shifts available based on company needs.
