Analyst, Global Business Services Analytics

In the role of Global Business Services Analytics Analyst, you will be a key part of the Kellogg Company’s success! As a part of the great Kellogg community at our Global Business Services (GBS) location, you will bring your expert eye for detail as you will be performing diverse work activities.

The primary function of the Global Business Services Analytics Analyst within Reporting and Analytics is turning data into information, information into insight and insight into business decisions to support the KNA Customer Service team.

HERE’S A TASTE OF WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING

• Reporting – Partnering with the Analytics team, as well as internal and external groups to develop reporting, identify trends, perform root cause, and provide solutions to identify and resolve high level efficiency and effectiveness needs for the GBS organization. This includes interpreting data and trend analysis, structuring, analyzing, and reporting.
• Data Analysis – Gain full understanding of data collection system and other strategies that optimize statistical efficiency and data quality. Identify cross-functional trends through data analysis, coordinating resources required to address continuous improvement opportunities which could deliver project recommendations for savings across KNA.
• Continuous Improvement – Identify and communicate key business opportunities, creating impactful visual representations of data insights to aid understanding which will enable customers less familiar with data analysis and technology to easily interpret insights and approve recommendations.

YOUR RECIPE FOR SUCCESS

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent. Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Advanced Knowledge within Excel and Tableau.
• Computer skills, including experience with ERP systems, MS Office.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Deep analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Sense of urgency and ownership of resolution, meeting established performance objectives and customer commitments.
