Digital Marketing
Overview
This program strengthens marketing and digital engagement systems that improve access to reliable information, increase participation in community programs, and reduce informational barriers for underserved populations. The VISTA focuses on building sustainable content systems, digital infrastructure, outreach workflows, and performance tracking tools rather than direct service delivery. The member develops content calendars, branding toolkits, website optimization strategies, email and CRM workflows, analytics dashboards, and automated communication systems.
These systems improve consistency, accessibility, and scalability of outreach efforts while strengthening data-informed decision-making. The member completes Mental Health Advocate Training to ensure trauma-informed communication practices, accessibility awareness, and responsible engagement with vulnerable populations. Program outcomes include increased digital reach, improved engagement metrics, stronger reporting capacity, enhanced grant readiness, and sustainable marketing operations. By strengthening digital access and communication systems, the program reduces informational barriers and supports long-term community stability and self-sufficiency.
