Salary Range: $78,000 - $123,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Lead full-cycle recruitment and onboarding for production, technical, and administrative roles.
- Manage employee relations, including conflict resolution, disciplinary actions, and grievance procedures.
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies, ensuring compliance with labor laws and safety regulations.
- Oversee performance management and talent development programs for manufacturing staff.
- Coordinate and deliver essential training programs, including safety, compliance, and skills development.
- Administer compensation and benefits programs, ensuring competitiveness within the manufacturing sector.
- Drive initiatives to improve employee engagement, reduce turnover, and enhance workplace safety.
- Proven experience as an HR Manager in a manufacturing environment.
- In-depth knowledge of federal and state labor laws, OSHA regulations, and HR best practices relevant to manufacturing.
- Demonstrated success in talent acquisition, development, and retention strategies for a production workforce, including skilled trades.
- Strong capabilities in employee relations, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive, safe plant culture.
- Experience managing workers' compensation claims, safety programs, and HR compliance audits.
- Experience with Lean Manufacturing principles or continuous improvement methodologies.
- Demonstrated understanding of OSHA regulations and manufacturing safety best practices.
- Experience supporting a multi-shift or 24/7 manufacturing operation.
- Bilingual proficiency (e.g., Spanish) to effectively communicate with a diverse workforce.
