Machine Operator - 2nd shift

Machine Operator - 2nd shift (Manufacturing)

2nd Shift 3:00 pm–1:00 am, Monday–Thursday. Overtime will be worked on Fridays.

• Set up and operate equipment.
• Load and unload material to/from saw.
• Cut material as required by prints.
• Responsible for preventative maintenance and good housekeeping.
• Report shortages of parts, tools, and materials in a timely manner.
• Responsible for submitting hourly rates.
• Responsible for reporting hourly quality checks and counts in ERP system.
• Use measuring devices such as tape measure and calipers.
• Confers with maintenance and management to resolve manufacturing problems.
• All other duties assigned by Management.

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Mechanical aptitude.
• Ability to follow written instructions and procedures.
• Strong team player with good interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and reading skills.
• Must be a self‑starter and dependable worker committed to continuous improvement.
• Mechanical skills reading prints and interpretation.

• Must have ability to use hands to lift, grab, grasp, pull, push and feel. Frequently required to stop, kneel, twist.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
