Job description for Lightweight Assembly Worker
We are looking for lightweight plastic assembly workers to join our team at a top-rated tier one plastics car manufacturing plant. The role involves assembling plastic headlights and tail lights for automotive vehicles.
- Shift: Hiring 1st and 2nd shift.
- Pay: $15.75-$16.25
- Location:
Grand Rapids, MI - Industry: Automotive Manufacturing

Responsibilities for our lightweight plastic assembly workers
- Assemble plastic tail lights and headlights for vehicles.
- Ability to snap or connect parts with fingers for 8-10 hours a day.
- Communicate and document when parts do not meet standards.
- Maintain a steady pace to meet shift rate demands.
- Trim and clip parts as needed.
- Inspect and pack completed parts.
Qualifications for our lightweight plastics assembly worker
- Ability to bend, lift, and stand for 8-10 hours a day.
- Willingness to undergo a national background check.
- No prior experience is needed!
