Operations Superintendent

• Compensation: USD 115,000 - USD 130,000 - yearly

You'll Support Meaningful Work By:

• Leading operations across multiple shifts to ensure processes are followed and teams have what they need to succeed
• Managing a large value stream, including fabrication, paint, and assembly functions
• Collaborating with plant leadership to execute strategic direction and operational plans
• Driving continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and quality
• Overseeing accountability systems and performance metrics for operational success
• Engaging with team leaders and employees to foster alignment and resolve issues
• Transforming business processes to meet evolving goals and deliver results

Minimum Qualifications:

• 8+ years of manufacturing leadership experience
• Proven ability to create and execute operational plans aligned with strategic direction
• Demonstrated technical capability in improving and transforming business processes
• Strong leadership skills with experience overseeing multiple shifts and large teams
• Ability to manage accountability systems and performance metrics

Desired

Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree in related field
• Background in managing end-to-end operations within a plant or value stream
• Strong problem-solving and organizational skills to handle multiple priorities
• Ability to drive continuous improvement and operational transformation
