Manufacturing Production Team Lead — Food Processing

We’re seeking a Manufacturing Production Team Lead to partner closely with the Line Supervisor and coordinate the efforts of production workers on our food packaging line. Your focus: efficient output, spotless sanitation, and reliable quality.

Execute the production plan to meet deadlines and achieve daily goals.

Equipment Mastery:
Set up, operate, and tend to food packaging machinery; handle rework when malfunctions occur.

Sanitation Excellence:
Clean and sterilize equipment and processing areas to meet hygiene requirements.

Material Accuracy:
Maintain inventory management software for real-time, accurate material tracking.

Quality Records:
Capture production data during quality checks to verify compliance.

Operational Insight:
Observe processes, enter data, and manage databases to inform decisions.

Compliance First:
Uphold safety, quality, and regulatory standards at every step.

Qualifications High School diploma or equivalent experience

Experience leading operations teams in a manufacturing environment

Strong leadership presence and excellent communication skills

Professionalism and a genuine enthusiasm for leadership

Background in food service or manufacturing is a plus
