Salary Range: $55,000 - $87,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities- Install, maintain, and repair electrical control systems, wiring, and lighting systems.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose electrical malfunctions using schematics and testing equipment.
- Perform preventive maintenance on industrial machinery and electrical equipment.
- Repair or replace faulty electrical components, including motors, contractors, and sensors.
- Read and interpret electrical blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals.
- Adhere to all electrical codes, safety regulations, and company lock‑out/tag‑out procedures.
- Work with PLCs, VFDs, and other automated control systems for programming and fault resolution.
- Journeyman Electrician license or equivalent certification
- Proven experience troubleshooting and repairing industrial control systems, PLCs (e.g., Allen‑Bradley), and HMI interfaces
- Strong understanding of motor controls, variable frequency drives (VFDs), and power distribution systems
- Ability to read, interpret, and update electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals
- Experience performing preventative maintenance and reactive repairs on manufacturing machinery
- Adherence to safety standards including NFPA 70E, Lockout/Tagout (LOTO), and arc flash mitigation procedures
- PLC programming and advanced troubleshooting experience
- Experience with robotics electrical systems or programming
- Certification or experience with thermography/infrared inspections
- Proficiency with industrial networking protocols (e.g., Ether Net/IP, Profinet)
