Fulfillment Associate

• Pick, pack, and prepare customer orders with precision using barcode scanning for logistics accuracy
• Operate material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and manual handling tools safely and efficiently
• Manage inventory through warehouse management systems (WMS) to track stock levels, perform stock replenishment, and conduct regular cycle counts
• Load and unload shipments using heavy equipment while adhering to safety protocols and PPE requirements
• Ensure proper packaging of products to prevent damage during transit while maintaining quality control standards
• Assist in shipping & receiving processes by verifying inbound and outbound shipments against documentation
• Maintain a clean, organized warehouse environment by stocking shelves, organizing materials, and conducting safety inspections

• Prior experience in warehouse operations or distribution centers is highly preferred
• Hands-on experience with warehouse management systems (WMS) and inventory management systems (IMS)
• Proficiency in operating heavy equipment such as reach trucks, forklifts, pallet jacks, and RF scanners for barcode scanning
• Knowledge of safety protocols related to materials handling equipment operation and manual handling procedures
• Strong basic math skills for inventory counting and order accuracy calculations
• Warehouse supervisor experience or familiarity with warehouse distribution processes is a plus
• Ability to follow detailed instructions for order picking & packing, shipping & receiving, and quality control procedures
