- Implement Care Plans:
Execute the patient care plan developed by the Physical Therapist (PT), ensuring adherence to established protocols. - Advance Patient Progress:
Facilitate patient advancement through their treatment plan, making adjustments as directed by the PT to optimize outcomes. - Collaborate with the Interdisciplinary Team:

Education:
Graduation from an accredited Physical Therapist Assistant program. - Active Licensure:
Current PTA license in the state of practice. - Ethical Compliance:
Adherence to Key Rehab’s Code of Ethical Conduct, as well as state and federal regulations.

Skills:
Ability to efficiently manage tasks and address challenges with effective solutions. - Flexibility and Team
Collaboration:
Adaptable to changing situations and committed to working seamlessly within a team environment. - Exceptional Communication:
Outstanding oral and written communication skills for clear and effective interaction with patients and colleagues. - Experience with Geriatric Population:
Prior experience working with elderly patients, demonstrating an understanding of their unique needs. - Knowledge of Medicare Billing Regulations:
Familiarity with current Medicare billing practices and guidelines.
