Ziegler Industries is seeking an experienced Payroll Manager to oversee all aspects of multi‑state payroll processing and ensure accuracy, compliance, and data integrity. This role supports HR and Accounting, leads payroll operations, and drives process improvements across the organization.

• Process and manage multi-jurisdiction payroll accurately and on time.
• Maintain payroll systems, records, and compliance standards.
• Oversee payroll tax filings, year‑end reporting, and audits.
• Supervise payroll staff and support employee inquiries.
• Reconcile labor hours, deductions, and benefit‑related payroll items.
• Produce payroll reports and KPI metrics for leadership.

• 4+ years of payroll experience; leadership experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of payroll regulations, taxes, and GAAP.
• Proficiency in payroll/ERP systems and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent accuracy, communication, and organizational skills.
