Employment agency Manpower is looking for a Line Facilitator on a temporary basis for Boston Scientific in Kerkrade.

As a Line Facilitator, you are responsible for quickly resolving disruptions. You listen carefully, ask questions to clarify the issue, and analyze the situation before taking corrective or preventive actions. You communicate clearly with both employees and the Team Leader. If a problem exceeds your expertise, you escalate it appropriately. You also monitor the overall workplace and suggest improvements when needed.

Your tasks include solving process issues, documenting defects in an issue tracker, and actively improving production processes using core metrics data. Additionally, you seek improvements within your area and across departments while ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.

Working hours

• From 6.00 to 14.30 hrs
• From 14.30 to 23.00 hrs

Minimum Requirements

• At least MBO 2 working and thinking level
• At least three years of recent experience in a warehouse, distribution center, or logistics environment
• Affinity with and understanding of processes and technology
• Knowledge of and experience with SAP, WM6, Word, Excel, and Power Point
• Good communication skills in Dutch and English, both spoken and written
• Strong social skills and a continuous improvement mindset
• Ability to adapt to shifting priorities
• Flexible attitude towards work times
• Availability of at least 32 hours per week
