Zozorg in Kerkrade zoekt een empathische en daadkrachtige Social Worker voor de GGZ. Je maakt dagelijks een verschil in het leven van mensen met psychische klachten door professionele begeleiding en praktische ondersteuning te bieden.
Je werkt in verschillende settingen, van klinische zorg tot ambulante begeleiding. De rol vereist flexibiliteit en samenwerking in een multidisciplinair team om de specifieke behoeften van cliënten te vervullen. Zowel fulltime als parttime mogelijkheden met CAO VVT-arbeidsvoorwaarden.
