• 1‑2 years of customer service experience with strong problem‑resolution skills and multitasking ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, basic computer operations, and internet programs.
• High‑energy, infectious personality thriving in customer service.
• Passionate about leasing and helping people find a home.
• Deliver legendary service, making quality personal in every interaction.
• Fluent in sales skills, strong communication, to generate leases, leads and deliver results.
• Experience with outreach marketing and understanding of in‑place pricing models.
• Proficient in word processing, property management, and leasing management programs.
• Will work weekends.
